Terms of Service

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Access is currently invite-only; we may accept or decline waitlist requests at our discretion.

2. The Service

IdeasTurn helps you validate, build, monetize, and distribute a venture from a single idea, using a pipeline of automated systems (Compass, Factory, Monetizer, Amplifier, Operator, and Control Tower). Outputs — including validation reports, generated code, landing pages, brand assets, and social content — are provided “as is.” AI-generated content and market analysis may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purposes, and you are solely responsible for reviewing and validating any output before relying on it commercially.

3. Plans, Fees & Billing

Certain features require a paid plan (Basic, Pro, or Platinum), billed as a one-time fee or recurring subscription as described at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are processed by our payment processor, Stripe, and are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise at the time of purchase. We may change our pricing prospectively with notice.

4. Hosted Ventures

On Pro and Platinum plans, we may host your venture on an IdeasTurn subdomain (e.g., <venture>.ideasturn.ai) and provide monitoring, analytics, and amplification services. You retain ownership of your venture's content and brand; we retain ownership of the underlying platform, pipeline, and infrastructure. We may suspend or take down a hosted venture that violates these Terms, applicable law, or our acceptable use policy below.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Build or distribute anything illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive
• Infringe another party's intellectual property or privacy rights
• Distribute malware or attempt to compromise our systems
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the Service without authorization
• Misrepresent your identity or venture to customers or platforms

6. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including the IdeasTurn name, brand, pipeline architecture, and underlying software. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service and the deliverables it generates for your own venture.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that any venture built with IdeasTurn will be successful, profitable, or free of errors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IdeasTurn and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 7, 8, and 10) will survive.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
